2025年5月9日，由中国国际进口博览局（CIIE Bureau）与中欧商会（CEBA）联合主办的“第八届中国国际进口博览会（CIIE）爱尔兰座谈会”在都柏林Clayton Hotel成功举行。会议聚焦航空供应链、绿色科技及中欧经贸合作新机遇，并举行了两场重要合作备忘录签约仪式。
On May 9, 2025, the "8th China International Import Expo (CIIE) Ireland Symposium", co-organized by the China International Import Expo Bureau (CIIE Bureau) and the China-Europe Business Association (CEBA), was successfully convened at the Clayton Hotel in Dublin. The symposium centered on three pivotal areas: aviation supply chain development, green technology innovation, and emerging opportunities in Sino-European economic collaboration, culminating in the signing of two landmark Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs).

Deepening Sino-European Collaboration: Aviation & Finance Sectors in Spotlight
本次座谈会汇聚了中爱两国航空、金融及高端服务领域的领军企业，包括全球第二大飞机租赁公司Avolon、法国航空运力分销巨头Avico、日本ORIX集团旗下ORIX Aviation，以及欧洲顶尖基金服务商Waystone等20余家机构代表。中欧商会爱尔兰分会会长黄鑫、中国国际进口博览局副局长李国清、处长崔颖，中国银行爱尔兰分行行长许可飞等参加。
The symposium assembled industry leaders from the aviation, financial, and high-end services sectors of China and Ireland, featuring representatives from over 20 institutions including: Avolon (world’s second-largest aircraft lessor), Avico (France’s premier aviation capacity solutions provider), ORIX Aviation (subsidiary of Japan’s ORIX Group), and Waystone (Europe’s leading fund administration specialist). With participation from Huang Xin (President of the China-Europe Business Association (CEBA) Ireland Chapter), Li Guoqing (Deputy Director-General of the CIIE Bureau ), Cui Ying (Director of the CIIE Bureau), and Xu Kefei (President of Bank of China Ireland).
李国清在致辞中强调：“爱尔兰作为全球航空金融中心，其产业优势与第八届中国国际进口博览会新增的‘航空供应链’主题展区高度契合。我们期待通过CEBA的桥梁作用，推动更多欧洲企业共享中国市场的开放红利。”
Mr. Li Guoqing, Deputy Director-General of the CIIE Bureau emphasized:"As a global aviation finance hub, Ireland’s industrial strengths exhibit strategic alignment with the newly launched 'Aviation Supply Chain' themed exhibition zone at the 8th China International Import Expo. We anticipate leveraging CEBA’s pivotal bridging function to facilitate European enterprises’ access to China’s market liberalization dividends."
黄鑫表示：“此次与中国国际进口博览局的签约，将进一步完善‘6天展会+365天服务’机制。未来三年，CEBA计划协助超200家欧洲中小企业通过进博会进入中国市场，特别是在航空MRO（维护维修运营）、可持续航空燃料（SAF）等前沿领域。”
Mr. Huang Xin, Secretary-General of CEBA, stated:"This collaboration with the CIIE Bureau will enhance the '6-day Expo + 365-day service' mechanism . Over the next triennium, CEBA is positioned to empower 200+ European SMEs in accessing the Chinese market through the CIIE platform, particularly in cutting-edge sectors like aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF)."

在与会嘉宾的见证下，现场举行了两项签约仪式：
Two signing ceremonies took place in the presence of attendees:
1. 中国国际进口博览局与中欧商会：双方将共同设立“欧洲企业参展服务中心”，提供政策咨询、展位定制、商务对接等一站式服务；
1. CIIE Bureau and CEBA:The two parties will establish a "European Enterprise Participation Service Center" to provide one-stop services including policy consultation, customized booth arrangements, and business matchmaking.
2.中国国际进口博览局与Avico UK & Ireland Ltd：这家法国航空运力输出企业正式确认参展第八届中国国际进口博览会，并计划在智能航材物流解决方案展区发布新品。
2. CIIE Bureau and Avico UK & Ireland Ltd: The French aviation capacity distributor officially confirmed its participation in the 8th CIIE and plans to launch new products in the Smart Aviation Materials Logistics Solutions zone.

第八届中国国际进口博览会将于2025年11月5日—10日在上海举办，预计吸引超100个国家和地区的3500家企业参展。此次爱尔兰座谈会是CEBA欧洲系列推介活动的一站，后续还将在冰岛、巴黎、法兰克福举行专题活动。
The 8th CIIE will be held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, 2025, and is projected to attract over 3,500 enterprises from more than 100 countries and regions.The Dublin symposium marks one stop of CEBA’s European roadshow, with follow-up events scheduled in Iceland, Paris, and Frankfurt.
