Canton Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand 2026 Missions
National and Guangdong Provincial Tasks
一、主办2026年新西兰中国商品博览会。
1. Host the 2026 New Zealand China Products Expo.
二、建设县域海外仓，成为广东百千万工程的海外创新实践。
2. Build county-level overseas warehouses as an innovative overseas practice of Guangdong's "Hundred, Thousand, Ten Thousand" Project.
三、主办春秋两季广交会推介会并组织新西兰大型采购团参加春、秋两季广交会。
3. Host promotional events for the spring and autumn sessions of the Canton Fair and organise large-scale New Zealand purchasing delegations to attend both sessions.
四、第21届中国国际中小企业博览会和APEC会议在广州9月同时举办，组织新西兰企业代表团参加第21届中博会，帮助新西兰企业拓展中国市场。
4. Organise a delegation of New Zealand enterprises to attend the 21st China International Small and Medium Enterprises Fair (CISMEF), which will be held concurrently with the APEC meetings in Guangzhou this September, to help New Zealand enterprises expand into the Chinese market.
五、主办新中经贸、粤港澳大湾区营商环境推介会。
5. Host promotional events highlighting the New Zealand-China economic and trade environment, as well as the business environment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
六、组织企业参加上海进博会、北京链博会和广东省重点展会。
6. Organise enterprises to participate in the China International Import Expo (CIIE) in Shanghai, the China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE) in Beijing, and key exhibitions in Guangdong Province.
七、推进新西兰广东预制菜中心产销研扩大业务，帮助更多预制菜走进南太巿场。
7. Advance the production, sales, and research expansion of the New Zealand Guangdong Pre-prepared Food Centre, assisting more pre-prepared foods (ready meals) in entering the South Pacific market.
八、协助完成数十家国家、广东省及各市代表团来新西兰访问及承办投资和文旅推介会。
8. Assist in receiving dozens of visiting delegations from the state, Guangdong province, and various municipalities to New Zealand, and host investment and cultural tourism promotional events.
九、筹备成立粤商会智库中心，广邀两地专家和专业人士参加，为新中企业合作提供政策、法律、税务等全面指导。
9. Prepare for the establishment of the Canton Chamber of Commerce Think Tank Centre, inviting experts and professionals from both regions to provide comprehensive policy, legal, and tax guidance for New Zealand-China corporate cooperation.
十、推动与广东省各地市南太市场拓展以及海外综合服务全面启动。
10. Promote the comprehensive launch of overseas integrated services and market expansion into the South Pacific in collaboration with various municipalities in Guangdong Province.
十一、印刷新西兰粤商会撰写的新西兰投资指南，为国内各机构、企业和个人提供与新西兰合作的专业指引。
11. Print the New Zealand Investment Guide compiled by the Canton Chamber of Commerce in New Zealand, providing professional guidance on cooperating with New Zealand for domestic institutions, enterprises, and individuals.
十二，经营好粤商会已设立的机构：广州市贸促会联络处、广州之家（广州）、新西兰广州企业服务站、奥克兰茶居。
12. Successfully operate the institutions already established by the Chamber: the Guangzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Liaison Office, Guangzhou Home (Guangzhou), the New Zealand Guangzhou Enterprise Service Station, and the Auckland Teahouse.
Part Two: Member Service Tasks
一、秘书处全年举办迎春晚宴、半年晚宴、中秋国庆晚宴。
1. The Secretariat will host a Spring Festival Banquet, a Mid-Year Banquet, and a Mid-Autumn/National Day Banquet throughout the year.
二、秘书处与会员企业合作全年举办十次以上商务活动：粤商论坛、沙龙、圆桌会议晚宴，推动会员之间的业务分享与项目投资、贸易合作。
2. The Secretariat, in collaboration with member enterprises, will host more than ten business events throughout the year—including Guangdong business forums, salons, and roundtable banquets—to promote business sharing, project investment, and trade cooperation among members.
三、为会员企业对接广东省各地市贸促会、各行业商会和RCEP粤商联盟及全球84国粤商会及广东经贸代表处拓展投资及贸易合作。
3. Connect member enterprises with the CCPIT branches of various municipalities in Guangdong, industry associations, the RCEP Guangdong Business Alliance, the Guangdong Chambers of Commerce in 84 countries worldwide, and Guangdong Economic and Trade Representative Offices to expand investment and trade cooperation.
四、为扩大与政商主流合作，秘书处建立英文网站。
4. Build an English-language website to expand cooperation with mainstream political and business circles.
五、秘书处搭建粤商会会员企业产品和服务系统互惠合作并逐步扩大。
5. Establish and gradually expand a mutually beneficial cooperation system for the products and services of member enterprises.
六、组织会员企业参加广交会及中博会等展会，给会员企业优惠支持。
6. Organise member enterprises to participate in exhibitions such as the Canton Fair and CISMEF, providing them with preferential support.
七、组织会员企业访问广东各地商务机构和企业，拓展商机。
7. Organise member enterprises to visit business institutions and enterprises across Guangdong to expand business opportunities.
八、安排会员企业对口与来访的国内经贸代表团交流对接，拓展商机。
8. Arrange for member enterprises to network and matchmake with visiting domestic economic and trade delegations to expand business opportunities.
九、办好商会公众号，推广会员企业优势，提升商会影响力。
9. Successfully run the Chamber's Official WeChat Account to promote the competitive advantages of member enterprises and enhance the Chamber's influence.
十、培养一支高素质高水平的秘书团队，为商会各项工作提供高效支持。
10. Cultivate a high-quality, high-level secretariat team to provide efficient support for all the Chamber's endeavours.
