2025年是西博会创立25周年，也是中国实施西部大开发战略25周年。本届西博会以“深化改革增动能 扩大开放促发展”为主题，首次设置双主宾国、双主宾省，邀请匈牙利、老挝为主宾国，浙江、青海为主宾省。吸引来自境外62个国家（地区）和国内27个省（区、市）的3000余家企业参展，其中境外及境外在华企业近300家。西部各方与国内外投资者共签约投资合作项目416个，投资金额3543亿元。

2025 marked the 25th anniversary of the Western China International Fair, as well as the 25th anniversary of China’s implementation of the Western Development Strategy. The 20th Western China International Fair, themed “Deepen Reform for More Momentum, Expand Openness for Greater Growth,” and for the first time, set dual guest countries of honor and dual guest provinces of honor, with Hungary and Laos invited as guest countries of honor and Zhejiang and Qinghai as guest provinces of honor. The event attracted over 3,000 enterprises from 62 countries (regions) abroad and 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in China, including nearly 300 overseas and foreign-invested enterprises in China. Various parties from the western part of China signed 416 investment cooperation projects with domestic and foreign investors, with a total investment of 354.3 billion yuan.
